            Pilates in the Park

            Tuesday & Thursday Mornings from 8:30-9:30am
            - Pines Park, Dana Point

            Come join us for an intensive time of strength building, core training, tension releasing workout in the park. You will get stronger, leaner and a bit more flexible after each session. We lay our mats under the pines overlooking Capistrano Beach.

             
            • $30 for 1 session (Tues or Thurs 4 days)
            •  $60 for 2 sessions (Tues & Thurs 8+days)
            •  $10 drop-in rate.

            Let's tone our guts and our butts! Why wait for bikini season because in San Clemente, it's bikini season year round! This fusion exercise class influenced by both yoga and Pilates will tone and strengthen your abs and booty. Incorporating a fusion of strengthening and stretching systems, focusing attention on core postural muscles, to provide you with a uniquely transformational method of body conditioning appropriate for people of all ages and abilities.             Mat Pilates/Pilates in the Park -
            Even if you exercise regularly, Pilates takes you to a whole new level by working the deep abdominal muscles that support the spine - your core muscles. Pilates is a system of movement and strengthening that promotes full breath, healthy joint articulation and stability in the important core muscles of the body. We use our own body weight to strengthen and tone, creating strength from within.
