Mind Body Fitness/Personal Training Sessions
My personal training style is non-traditional - I help you rehabilitate from and avoid incurring common training injuries while building strength and increasing both muscular & cardiovascular endurance. I offer indoor and outdoor Personal Training, Pilates & Yoga sessions for men and women alike to help you prevent injuries and build strength from the inside out. I can come to your home or workplace, or we can train out a studio in either San Clemente or Dana Point, Ca. I work to service all of your fitness needs, in a manner that is convenient for you throughout the year.
- Cardiovascular training includes - power walking, jogging/running, trail running, hiking, aerobic floor work, balance equipment, jump ropes, utilizing park equipment/our surroundings
Each workout is customized to build strength, release tension, increase mobility/range of motion, provide you with a challenge while working within your limits based on what your body needs for that session. You will feel energized after each session, yet strangely relaxed. When you workout with me you will experience a decrease in body fat, an increase in muscle mass, and a lengthening that will cause others to notice that you now stand taller and look better - Results that are seen by others, but most importantly felt by you. Lose the back hump, get leaner, and most importantly avoid the common training injuries.

*In Home/Outdoor Location - $65 session
Monthly prices are available at a discounted rate - Minimum 2 sessions per week

Corporate Classes/Fitness Training Camps
I come to your work place & provide sessions at or nearby your facility. Requires minimum number of individuals enrolled per month (5 minimum - 30 maximum). Cost of class based on enrollment ($5-$35/person).

Therapists see clients in their homes, whether private home or assisted living, and work with doctors, administrators, and families to provide screening for seniors to determine if there is a need for physical therapy.

Breathing with Purpose - Integrative Breathwork for Seniors
Join Jane in this calming practice that involves the application of Breath Awareness and Breathing Techniques, while moving through a flow of yoga and Pilates chair exercises. This exercise program is designed to allow one to discover, explore, and develop the power and potential of the breath and breathing through movement.
